Delete your account
Request permanent deletion of your Ignitech Academy account and the personal data attached to it. You do not need the mobile app to use this form.
What gets deleted
- Account & profile — your name, email, photo, bio and settings
- Community content — your posts and direct messages
- Learning data — enrolments, lesson progress, quiz attempts, XP and badges
- Notifications — push tokens and notification preferences
This is permanent. Deleting removes your access to any course you have paid for, and your certificates can no longer be verified. We cannot undo it.
What we may keep
- A minimal record of a payment or an issued certificate, only where tax, accounting or legal rules require it — deleted once that period expires.
